The deal is valued at $324.3 million.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I&#8217;ve added the <a href=\"http:\/\/contracts.onecle.com\/palmsource\/access.mer.2005.09.08.shtml\">Merger Agreement between PalmSource and ACCESS Co. Ltd.<\/a> to the <a href=\"http:\/\/contracts.onecle.com\/alpha\/7375.shtml\">PalmSource contracts<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<p>Lately, I&#8217;ve been browing through the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sec.gov\/litigation\/suspensions.shtml\">trading suspensions<\/a> page at the SEC&#8217;s web site.  Recently, the SEC announced a temporary suspension of trading for eGlobe whose last EDGAR filing was back in 2001.
