Aviall Inc., an aviation parts and services company based in Dallas, says it is being acquired by Boeing in a $1.7 billion cash deal.  Chicago-based Boeing (NYSE: BA), the world&#8217;s largest aerospace company and the largest manufacturer of commercial jetliners and military aircraft, will pay Aviall stockholders $48 a share, plus the assumption of about $350 billion in debt.
