I&#8217;m puzzled though.  Why include a confidentiality clause (see &para; 6), then turn around and publicly file it with the SEC? You can find other <a href=\"http:\/\/contracts.onecle.com\/alpha\/7173.shtml\">Thomas Weisel contracts<\/a> on our website now.<\/p>\n<p>Another interesting agreement is <a href=\"http:\/\/contracts.onecle.com\/thomas-weisel\/weisel-emp-2006-02-01.shtml\">Thomas Weisel&#8217;s Employment Agreement with Thomas Weisel Partners Group Inc.<\/a>.  It includes the permitted uses of the Thomas Weisel name by Thomas Weisel.
