While the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sec.gov\/edgar\/searchedgar\/edgarfulltextfaq.htm\">FAQs<\/a> state that quotation marks may be used to search for an exact phrase, it also states: &#8220;The results set will not be limited only to that phrase, however, and may also include conceptually related phrases.&#8221;  Unfortunately, the results were too cluttered with &#8220;conceptually related phrases&#8221; instead of actual contracts marked as commercial in confidence.<\/p>\n<p>To find &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/search?num=100&#038;hl=en&#038;rls=en&#038;q=site%3Agoogle.brand.edgar-online.com+%22commercial+in+confidence%22&#038;aq=f&#038;aqi=&#038;aql=&#038;oq=\">commercial in confidence<\/a>&#8221; contracts in securities filings, I ended up turning to Google: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/search?num=100&#038;hl=en&#038;rls=en&#038;q=site%3Agoogle.brand.edgar-online.com+%22commercial+in+confidence%22&#038;aq=f&#038;aqi=&#038;aql=&#038;oq=\">site:google.brand.edgar-online.com &#8220;commercial in confidence&#8221;<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I was searching for &#8220;commercial in confidence&#8221; contracts using the full-text search on the EC EDGAR website.
